The Breezy location was selected in the 1800's and as such has one of the best views on the lake. Whether single, couples, family or friends, experience the same fantastic views as those of yesteryear, and enjoy the great food served to you by excellent and personable staff.

I stopped in yesterday for a late lunch...so happy I did!! Was driving around the area checking out the local restaurants trying to decide which one. I will say, this place doesn’t look like much from the street view, but once I pulled into the dockside parking lot around back — WOW!!!! Total hidden gem!! The most amazing lake view I’ve ever seen. I sat on the deck and had a lobster roll and French onion soup. The lobster roll was deliciously delightful, and the French onion soup — best I ever had (and I’m quite particular about French onion soup) Waitstaff were pleasant and accommodating and the ambience of their outdoor seating is like a little slice of Heaven. If you go to Greenwood Lake, put The Breezy on your must do list!!

Stunning views. Amazing food. Wonderful service. I brought my dog to the outdoor seating area and the waitress was so lovely. I would absolutely recommend this place. Such a cozy little lakeside restaurant. Great place to have lunch and just watch the lake.

The view is amazing, you’re right on Greenwood Lake. The food was delicious, I had that days special which was a eggplant/ mushroom burger which was very tasty. Our waitress was phenomenal, Heidi, who took great care of my table and was extremely friendly and took extra steps to make us feel comfortable. She also recommended their homemade desserts which included an Italian cheesecake: it was great! Overall excellent experience, 5/5 in my opinion, will be coming again next year when it’s warm again.

Yes definitely I would recommend food is excellent service is great friendly staff the owner is just sweet heart. I know Paul from a few years he is great. The place is just perfect very cozy beautiful view to the lake and the mountains cross from the water is just beautiful for whoever is looking to have a good quiet relaxing dinner and night. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away from cities or big towns.

The Breezy overlooks Greenwood Lake, meaning the views while you dine on the patio are excellent. Service is local and friendly. The food is good, but a little pricey; we paid over $65 for two meals and an appetizer, which were good, but not particularly memorable.
